Cascade Mountains Dunsmuir, California November 1, 2003 Amtrak trains always run late. LOL In this case it turned out to be a good thing. Instead of passing through the Cascasdes during the night, we got to see them during the day... Magnificent.. to say the least! (Picture taken through train window.)
